WILL STATES START TO DECRIMINALIZE POT?

i just heard that the state of massachusetts is going to decriminalize pot.. they will only make "arrests" for anything over 1 gram or over "personal use".. the fine will be $100.00 and no criminal charges.. will other stes be next and what will be decriminalized in the future?..

I don't use it but I believe they should def. decriminalize it and others. Here in CA, many utilize the Personal Medical Marijuana License even though it's not federally recognized.

i agree.. my issue is the hypocrisy.. i dont smoke pot.. but, dont care who does.. your life.. i would rather deal with someone who is "high" than drunk any day of the week.. yet, alchohol is freely available.. so in essense, anything less harmful than beer, whiskey ect should be fair game.. that would, yes, include steroids.. so until gear causes thousands of deaths a year than it should be decriminalized.. england has decriminalized many drugs.. they are not worse for the wear..

now obama belives that pot should be decriminlized.. he also said that he thought congress wasted tax payer dollars on teh steroids in baseball and would not have approved it.. that makes it interesting.. although he has that douche biden with him who thinks gear is the devils brew..

Agree. Politics is very confusing. If only politicians actually acted on our best interest rather than saying they do while only trying to get more political power.

pot is legalized or the penalties for personal amounts are now very much downgraded. yet............if you get drug tested at work and throw up a positive you fired or wont get the job.

Yup Federal law supercedes state law at any time-but since state agents (police) enforce the laws most won't have a problem unless the DEA comes in or it is a large amount or the officer is a d*ck and wants to investigate your medicinal use. (not sure on that one since of the HIPPA laws)

Which to me negates anything positive will happen with decriminalizing AAS IMO because of Biden. I do agree with reducing prison time for hard drugs and mandatory minimums et all.

However, I see no reason why it is legal to go to the local store and buy a case of beer every day, get hammered and waste my life away with alcohol, but somehow it's wrong to smoke a joint?
