yes if its mixed in water, i dont like water based products because its so hard to try and sterilize it, and theres no way of knowing if your product is sterile! so make sure you keep the raberstoper as clean as possible to try and prevent infections.

They aren't messing with you. It's def not as effective as pinning it but - at 5% BA, you just might start drinking it after the first couple pins...
