So as some of you know, I've decided to move on from MMA competition to bodybuilding. I was recently Honorably discharged from Active Duty military service after 4 proud years I was in a nearly fatal motorcycle accident less than 3 months ago and today was MY FIRST TIME BACK IN A GYM SINCE!!! God damn it felt good. . . It was a very low impact workout, trying to regain the lost strength in my right shoulder from the broken clavicle. I worked every muscle group lightly, just trying to ease the muscles back into working again. The only thing that caused me pain was the bench and dips, so I will be taking it lightly in those 2 areas for another 2 weeks. My diet and exercise plan go into effect tomorrow morning, I'll take some pics and document my progress as I go. I just want to personally thank everyone here for their support and guidance. My next goal is to become the Featured Member I like to set the bar high, haha! Thanks again to everyone here!!!!
