WON 2009 kentucky muscle

I ussually post my comps so I wanted to post this. I did 2 shows I did the chicago show 2 weeks ago and won my masters class and masters overall. I placed 2nd in heavyweight which hands down I won but it is what it is

Then I just did the kentucky muscle on nov 14 2009 and won my masters and won my heavyweight class I also won the overall, Theres pic on the rx muscle forum in the gallery sec but here are a few I havny got my pic yet but ill use the photographer from rx pic

on the overall class pic im 2nd from the right when looking at this pic

camera lighting was low it looks like cause I was shreeded and falayed


I weighed in at 214 lbs 5 11 41 yrs young
