last night, after nearly six months away from the squat rack due to a knee injury i got back under the bar again.
i didn't go over 225... to worried about re-injuring myself at this point.
but it felt DAMN GOOD bros. gonna take it slow, gotta get my form back as i was a bit shaky.
i'm just glad that i don't have to load/unload the f'in leg press any more. and that my legs will actually start to grow too!
5-6 months of stagnation with the leg press have come to an end as of last night
