Would bumping to 10iu/day HGH be Worth It for ME?

Hey everyone,

I wanted to start this topic to get some feedback on whether increasing my daily HGH dosage from 5iu to 10iu would be worth it for my specific situation.

I've done some research on this, and the common response I've come across is "just try it" or "more HGH is better." However, I'd like to gather some insights based on my individual circumstances.

Here's a bit about me: I'm not a big guy, weighing 180lbs at 5'8, and I'm currently around 9% body fat. My goal is to drop a few more percentage points before moving into a bulking phase.
My current stack consists of 250mg of test e per week, 80mcg of clen daily, 5iu of HGH per day, and I've recently added 100mcg of T4 daily due to low levels revealed in my recent bloodwork.

About a month ago, I started taking 5iu of HGH for the first time, and within just 30 days, I noticed a remarkable transformation. Some of the benefits I experienced are capped delts, improved muscle separation throughout my body, better sleep quality, better recovery, thinner skin, ...

Now, I'm contemplating increasing my HGH dosage to 10iu per day, as I've experienced no adverse effects at 5iu/day (no carpal tunnel, no edema, no fatigue, and my blood pressure is fine). However, I'm curious whether it's "worth it" considering that my current stack is essentially TRT, and my calorie intake is quite low.

In a nutshell, I'm wondering whether upping my HGH dosage to 10iu per day would yield significantly more benefits compared to sticking with 5iu per day, given my situation. I have additional HGH kits on hand, so affordability isn't the issue; it's more about weighing the potential risks against the rewards.

More GH will only enhance what you’re already experiencing. However, a higher GH dose can lead you to insulin resistance if you don’t pay attention to your blood glucose levels. So if you do raise it, which I’m all for doing just that, get you some Metformin XR/Berberine. Also start monitoring your fasted blood glucose levels so you know if your levels start to tick upwards.

If everything else is 100% in line for growth then yes it will absolutely help.

If your diet and training are lacking then hell no its a waste of money..

Appreciate the input! My diet and training have been spot-on since I've been following a plan by Tyler Bleu sent me about a month ago. I've been under his guidance for three months, but I decided to part ways with him. That's why I'm asking here for advice instead of consulting with him directly.

While I can't share the exact diet plan out of respect for Tyler, I can provide a general overview: it's 350g of protein, 20g of fats, and 100g of carbs. He had me on refeeds once a week but I do it once every 2-3 weeks.

Training 5x week and doing cardio 6x week (45 min morning on empty stomach and 45min post workout).
 
Taking what you are currently taking and doing that much cardio with thiae macros id suspect fat to be melting off very fast.!!

Id just stick to what you are doing for a few more weeks and you will be PLENTY lean enough to start a growth phase.

Then back off the cardio and clen and increase the food. That alone will result in some solid rebound gains , after a few weeks add a little more gear and food.

5iu HGH is a pretty solid dose for someone your size.
 
Given the cardio, diet, and fat burners you should be losing fat like crazy already. If anything I’d save it for the bulk personally.
 
With such low weight and such a small amount of gear 10iu gh will be a waste im my opinion - I would stay with 5iu

you need to do more gear 1g test og 1g eq or mast.
work you way up. then add the hgh. you dont need to go higher with the low dose test

Unique? Nothing.

Like I said, many common responses I've come across is "just try it" or "more HGH is better." but they disregard the amount of AAS someone is taking and their weight. My specific situation is TRT dosages of test and being only 180lbs at 5'8.
Isn't this specific to me or is everyone on 250mg of test and 180lbs?

Yep.. milk the hell out of the 5 ius.. you haven't been on that dose that long..

Trust me if you needed to be on 10 units of HGH Bleu would have put you on it. My honest advice would have been to not part way with him.

But 10 units is what many 250 pound pros take while on full cycle. 10 units would be way overkill for you, especially just on TRT. Hell, I would even personally suggest dropping that T4 amount in half. More is “not always” better with compounds.

Gear and HGH are just like gasoline or lighter fluid- they’re an accelerant. If you have no fuel to burn or grow with (calories) then you’re just over-taxing your body and wasting your money.

Max out diet, training, and recovery. Then add in gear, HGH, and other items and not more than you need to make progress.

Imho you should go for 20iu HGH and buy it from me. Will send you it for good deal. Trust me 😂

Tbh you are on a too low dose of AAS to noticing anything from that high dose HGH, but you can send some money to me anyways ☺️
