1. Deadlift
2. Barbell Rows
3. Pull Ups
4. Go as heavy as you consistently can and always increase weight
Where you alot bigger at one point...and just as lean

Yes i was about 20 pounds bigger how could you tell? i got an injury and had to stop training for a bit but ive been back and put on about 10 pounds so far in the past 2 months (muscle memory i guess).
well I remember a pic of you in the kitchen and you looked very impressive there...But any pic since then you have been less impressive..Sorry not putting you down, just an observation...

As was stated you need to lift heavy to increase your size. Go back to the basics, dead lifts, heavy bent over rows, pull ups (add weights if possible)
Also you need to work on your traps, heavy shrugs.
Keep the faith bro, you will get the physique you always wanted.
