I think all other body parts are good, would like to know what people think of my back whats lagging etc.

I'm gona make a wild suggestion...

1. Deadlift
2. Barbell Rows
3. Pull Ups
4. Go as heavy as you consistently can and always increase weight
 
Where you alot bigger at one point...and just as lean

Yes i was about 20 pounds bigger how could you tell? i got an injury and had to stop training for a bit but ive been back and put on about 10 pounds so far in the past 2 months (muscle memory i guess).

well I remember a pic of you in the kitchen and you looked very impressive there...But any pic since then you have been less impressive..Sorry not putting you down, just an observation...

ohhh the goood olee TREN look :D gotta love it. im only on hrt right now of 150mg. im thinking about upping it to 200mg because i feel its preventing me from moving up the scale as far as reguards to muscle goes. but only if the diet isnt letting me add on more muscle because right now im at around 400-500gr protein 300gr cabrs 100gr fats still growin. I wanna take this as far as I can so i can figure out where my baseline body weight is on a hrt dose so i can learn my body a little better. for instance my buddy no matter what he does he cant get over 256lbs on a "hrt" dose of 250mg. I figure considering my lifestyle etc. 200mg might be where i want to be.
 
I might as well get some recent shots up on here aswell might aswell get critiqued all around. also with my back i understand the exercises pointed out etc but anyting in particular that sticks out for not being in proportion because thats what im all about
 
1. Thickness
2. Lower lats
3. Width

As was stated you need to lift heavy to increase your size. Go back to the basics, dead lifts, heavy bent over rows, pull ups (add weights if possible)

Also you need to work on your traps, heavy shrugs.

Keep the faith bro, you will get the physique you always wanted.

exactly what i needed to hear Used to be 240lbs due to injury and about 5-8 months out the gym as well as bullshit i was dealing with at the time went all the way down to 200ish range it sucks but im getting back but slowly, patients and you guys def keep me motivated.
 
you have a great overall shape

add overall thickness and especially beef up those lats if you can. Its hard to tell from those shots how low your lat insertions are. Keep hammering away at it, it will happen!
