Would this over-stimulate the CNS?

To keep it simple, I can have a pretty messed up schedule just life being life.

I try to lift weights 4x a week vs. 3x so I can put more focus in my workouts. The way it looks like my schedule may get a little more crazy requiring a workout plan (if I do 4 days) that might over-tax/stimulate the CNS.

Ex)
Day 1: Back at 8PM, Protein drink at 10pm, bed
Day 2: Chest at 7 AM

Has anyone worked out like this with routines so close in time? The difference between this and two-a-days is that you are feeding throughout the day before your next workout. In the aforementioned routine, there is just a drink and then sleep.

I know part of this is adequate CNS-recovery supp's like Humanofort and tyrosine.

If this routine occurs it would only be once a week where they are so closely together. So, again, has anyone else had to do this d/t their schedule, and if so, how did affect you?

There is no answer to your question. It may be okay for you it may not be. You will have to see how it works out for you.

How people respond/recover from training varies greatly from person to person.

i think your going to have to schedual your training days like this

train back,calvs
off
train chest,delts
train quads,hams
off
train arms,abs
off

that gives you 2 days between deads,if you do them, and squats on every rotation. for that one training day where theres only 11 hrs rest you might want to premix a shake and dring it in the middle of the night.
at least youll have a template to make adjustments from.

Very true aesop, you do make a good point and I agree. However, at the same time, there are certain, I don't know, "protocols?" or "rules of thumb?" that we have established over the years, i.e. "don't work the same muscle two days in a row", etc. So, that's why I'm hoping to hear from people who have actually tried it and how it affected them- not that I would respond the same way, but to help serve as a gauge. If 9/10 people replied saying, "Dude, I felt so burned out!" haha or something of that sort, then I might take that as a good sign it might not work for me either.

Thanks T, my problem isn't how to schedule in the general sense than it is the the amount of time between workouts due to my hectic schedule.
For example, Day 1) I work from 7am to 8pm, Day 2) have the next day off from work, Day 3) work 7am to 8pm, Day 4) work 7am to 8pm, etc.

If I want to work out in the morning and workout whenever I want, I have to be at the gym by 4:30 am the days I work. Well, excuse me for being a wimp, but with the job I have that taxes me physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually for 13 hours straight, I need all the energy I can get. So, morning workouts on the day I work are pretty much out of the question.

See, the problem is that my schedule changes week to week, I forgot to mention that part.

Thanks for the input guys... thread still is still open- any other thoughts?
