Oral turmeric. I usually do 1 capsule every other meal. I have IBS so eating has always been problematic for me. On the suggestion of another forum member(sorry i dont remember your name) i began using the turmeric and my stomach feels so much better and digestive system feels much less sluggish. Ive tried probiotics,digestive enzymes,peppermint oil and a million other things and they all help to some extenet but the turmeric has made a tremendous difference

Honestly, whatever I can find. I know it has a whole host of benefits if i go with some of the ones being discussed on here, but I solely use it for its digestive properties. The one im using right now is from NOW

i know you mentioned you take 1 cap eo meal, what dose does that come out to?

They're 400mg capsules and i usually take 3 a day. So 1200mgs

Apologies if this has been covered. read through and daw alot of good things about inflammation. Does anyone know if its effective in treating inflammation of nerves? I saw joints, tendons, just wondering if anyone has any experience with nerves. Have a severly inflamed nerve stemming from my a herniated c5. Anything that can help id try

Well, It would be great to have access to it, but I have a ton it in the oral form. I going to start bumping up the dose. Discohornet once told me to make sure you consume it with EVOO. Obviously, Disco knows his shit and is one of favorites on PM

I think some oral sources work better than others with EVOO, or Piperine....but not necessarily all of them...different applications.

I use it on anything I can. I read a study that shows it's many times more effective with black pepper. The study said they have no idea how it's happening and that this needs more research.

I have galangal too. Galanga powder from Amazon and Lesser Galangal root from the local Asian market. Galanga has the same effect, ginger similar too.

Piperine is a standardized/patented black pepper extract and I'm not sure how they have no idea how it happens...as black pepper is known to enhance certain things.

BCM95 works in higher dosages 2000mg least day if your getting what you buy. I read all the studies and I don't think its over 90% at all. I think more around 60-70% at most. Also you have to make sure your getting what you pay for. I might pay to look at labs results below. I did on this site before regarding fish oil years ago.

Also if you google that study others studying curcumin are saying Biocurcumax used "FUZZY MATH" during their study to get a higher number of absorption rate.
