Wrist Wrap w/palm pad

I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get the type of wrist wrap or knows the company that sells them that had a type of palm pad strap? Dexter and David Henry was using it in the latest BFTO. It looked pretty cool and i'm tired of using standard straps. Thanx.
