You can get one of these for $5, two of them for $8, on Amazon. Some of your gyms might already have them, but most the gyms I've been to don't. They are great for rear delts and triceps on the cable pulleys.

I got em. I'll use for side raises but IMO it's not really that much better than the handles. I think the most important part of the cable side raises isn't so much the handle vs cuff but getting the stretch you can't get with dumbbells.

These work great for me.I use them for laterals and tricep work.I have amputated fingers on my right hand so these are perfect.

Damn bro they have to be a savior for you. I remember years ago I had some hooks I was using and an older lifter came up and asked me if he could try them just to see if they worked. He told me his story about beating cancer and having numbness in his hands but still lifting. I told him to keep them i barley used them. Props to anyone working around such a serious injury

They are bro.Funny enough you mentioned lifting hooks,I use one for my back days on my right hand.Thry act as my fingers lol.

I like to use these for reverse cable crossovers for the rear delts.

I for some reason never thought of using my ankle straps as wrist straps. I'm gonna have to try this.
