wtf? My pc says "Task Manager has been disabled by administrator"

and I'm getting crazy pop ups here. what the hell is going on here? I came home from the gym and my pc was going crazy. any idea what this means?

i did a "system restore" which went back two weeks to the last known configuation. would that also have removed any hidden virus that my system can't find? the task manager seems to be working again.

I'm going to update to the virus protection to f-secure tonight as norton is a piece of shit protection for me.

that was surely a spyware now here's a better way to turn on taskmanager and lots of stuff which no spyware could ever block by any way.

Goto start => RUN => gpedit.msc => User configuration => sytem => ctrl + alt + del options => Remove Task Manager
Click on disabled and save it now nothing can make your task manager go away
look for many other stuff, that thing has everything you may need to tweak up your system.
