some unbelievable footage....for some reason with the color it really kind of takes you there...more for me than the black and white stuff I've seen before...

great reminder of what memorial day weekend is all about...

I definately get into it; WW2 in HD is awesome (cheesy added sound effects aside), and more recently America: The Story of Us has been pretty compelling. No matter your politics or personal views of the history, rights, and wrongs of our nation it's still a pretty amazing story and a shit load of things to take a lot of pride in, especially this weekend.
