I took time off from anabolics for various reasons, but still kept my training 80% of where it should have been (just being honest) 70% where my diet should be. I have lost strength, size, gained some bf etc.

today is day 1 and im as excited as a child on christmas eve.

Logbook - Check
Counting Calories - Check
iPod - Check
On my way out the door to hit the iron - check :D

not yet, im putting it on hold for a minute. but i appreciated the help. I have different goals at the moment.
 
I'll throw some stats up when i get back. i have a handful of free calipar tests from my gym. okay now its really time to go and give it 200%.
 
had a great workout.

13%bf 190lbs, 5'9 - an inch taller then i thought :D

i want to be in the shape i was last year. i want to drop 20lbs of fat and add 20lbs of muscle. big expectations and maybe even unrealistic but thats what im shooting for. Gotta go for the gold.

now on another note.

after my last set of barbell curls. barely got the fucker up lol gave it everything i had. my left bicep and most of that arm became quite red and became very warm, even to the touch. It doesnt hurt and it lasted about 30mins. Should this be of any concern?
 
and yes i have been bigger, this is just step 1. Fingers crossed for muscle memory.

Oh i know lol. but thanks for the reminder. i need to remember not floor it quite so hard. its just tough when you've been at your own ideal physique b4 and let it go. However priorities had to be in place... and im glad my life has straightened out.
 
I am truelly amazed at the rate at which my phisique is changing. I am only running Tren at the moment because well, i had it on hand and nothing changes my physique in the same manner. I have put on 5lbs on the scale but the mirror is a whole different story. Body fat is down significantly and strength is rocketing. Just thought Id give an update. This was a bit of a "primer", the big cycle starts next week. Will update again when that starts. Oh yea and libido hasnt changed a bit, just goes to show you how complicated and individual our bodies are.

Training is weights three times a week.

Diet is to eat as much protein as possible. Not worried about carbs but try to keep fats minimal.

Gear is 500mg Tren Week

On a side note trensomnia was a problem for the first couple weeks but has backed off now. Sleep like a baby and feel like i can get by on less.
