If Vic's condition is dialed in and his quad is back to normal I don't think he can be beat based on quality muscle size and shape.


I'm curious to see what Kai does!.................If he can control his midsection this year he's got an outside shot.

Phil's time is going to be upon us....shortly.

Kai packs some freaky muscle but he is going to have to get that bloat under control.

I just don't know about Vic. Will it be enough time? This years Arnold will be sick. One of the best line ups for sure in a great while.

I'm going to go out on a limb and go with Phil. If he makes the kind of improvements he did like last year, he is going to give some people major problems.

I've read a few things that Phil is skipping the Arnold this year. Top 3 IMO will be Victor then either Kai or Branch (If they have conditioning).

I saw that Phil and Wolf were out. It seems kind of like a weaker line-up than normal at this show and without Lee Priest competing (like he was supposed to originally for his comeback show) I am bummed. Especially since this is my first time to this show in 5 years. Anyway I plan on having fun with my wife and friends and enjoy the town, meet some cool people in this sport, and just relax! I hope to meet some of you all there!

met him at a show and he was real cool with everyone. the fact that he posed down with a contest condition heath at the '08 Mr. MD shows how humble he is too. obviously he didn't look his best next to heath, but he gave the fans a great performance.
