Just wondering what some of you are running in terms of dosage and your prime reasons/goals for using HGH:

Right now I am on my second week of black tops at 2-2.5 iu five days on, 1 day off. Subb-q injects earlier in day (morning or early afternoon).
At my age (closing in on 50), I am primarily looking to maintain youth, help healing injuries, and maintain athleticism. I play baseball in 30+ age divisions and national tournaments. Lift/cardio 4-5 days a week.

So far I have noticed much better sleep and vivid dreams.

Would be great to hear what your regimens are and goals with the hgh.

2-3 iu a day. Split doses seem to work good. Fountain of youth recipe

2 iu in the morning and 2iu before bed on an empty stomach. 7 days per week.

Currently 2.5ius Greys morning fasted pre cardio..... 7x a week... i'll stay here all thru competition season..... I've never pulled it out pre contest and don't plan on starting now... i'll split doses if I exceed 4ius a day.... but I don't see myself doing that anymore... I'll be 48 next week

I take 3iu blacks 5-6 days/week. been on this regimen for years.

i've been on 3 IU/day for the past 3 mos, started out @ 1 IU/day 4 mos ago then gradually worked up to where i am currently. so far, just a lot of water bloat and vivid dreams.

LY I split and did 2IU am and 2IU pm and I can't tell the difference

4iu daily split 2iu am 1 hour before gym then 2iu 1 hour before bed.
