Your going to get a ton of different answers here bro, many knowledgeable guys here... something that sometimes often gets overlooked in pct is nutrition. It needs to be better than ever, and sometimes guys slack in this department when a cycle ends. I've tried many different protocols and really they've all worked well, but I find that keeping your gains and recovering again comes down to a good diet... keep your protein high, get alot of essential fats in, and a low to moderate amt of carbs (based on your body type) all low glycemic for the most part. Oh, and have some cialis on hand if you've been on longer than you know you should have been
