All , this diet is working unbelievably well ... It's currently day 5. I keep on drinking 30 gram to 40 gram shakes and post work out slam down 60 grams after 15 mins of my slin shot ... Currently doing my slin at 2 ius am upon waking and another 2 ius post workout ,Again please keep in mind zero carb and zero fat ... MY PUMPS ARE OUT OF FUXKJNG CONTROL , best thing is u lose water weight in the initial 2 days ... So all visual weight loss u see is not water weight as my weight has stayed steady at 180 but I have lost fat (recomped) in literally 5 days ... Also I'm not one that falls under misconception , so if it wasn't fat loss I would admit it 100% ... I get a bit lethargic the last half hour of the active window of the slin but that's when I slam down another shake and feel ok ... Just wanted to let u know my muscles are full and my strength is still the same if not stronger and have not had any negative feedback from the workout thus far ... Will update u guys on day 12 !
