Zinc

Yes, imo one of the most important minerals for bbers and men in general to take. I take 25-50 mg daily rotating between picolinate and gluconate every few weeks. Magnesium is incredibly important to take daily as well.

ZMA (zinc, magnesium and B-6) before bed and you will sleep like a baby!
 
Love zinc myself and like others have stated it is one of the most important minerals. I bought zinc and a multi mineral last night. Though I would not take zinc everyday... maybe 4-5 days out of the week for myself, depends how much you need it.

Zinc(50mg + a day) and vitamin C(2000mg +/day) when cold/flu comes on, best 2 things to keep them away IMO.
 
i usually take 150mg ed, 50x3

its great with 1-1.5 niacinamide and a g or so of mag taurate as an anti anxiety/sleep aide.

also good for imune health
