So I am still noticing that excessively high fat does still tear me up a bit. Had pizza for dinner last night and had the bubble guts with some gas for a couple hours……but it felt like normal person gas. It didn’t come with a bunch of excess bloating and stomach pain and I was able to eat my next two meals without a problem and never resulted in diarrhea which is a pretty good improvement for me

so you felt like a normal human being for once?thats progress big homey! haha jk.

you still doing enzymes with every meal or just once or twice per day? any daily fermented foods?kefir helps me alot

i have loose stool alot =( sucks . psyillium husk helps and is not a bad fiber to run a few times per year espec if you're not getting enough (to the world)

Ya basically! Lol. I’ve cut back the enzymes to my two largest meals. I eat probably 1/4 cup of kimchi daily. I still take the bile sequestrant that I’m on occasionally to help clear excess bile, but I have significantly reduced their use and had far fewer incidents of loose stool.
personally, I can’t eat fiber of any kind really. It upsets my stomach very much. That issue could have abated also with the zinc, but I haven’t tested yet

Been taking this for over a week and there is a noticeable difference. I’ve always struggled with acid and feeling full between meals when I’ve increase my calories in the off-season. This has eliminated both problems and it’s much easier to get the food down.

Man, I’m on day 5 and haven’t noticed too much of a difference. If anything, it may be helping eradicate some pathogens but not entirely sure.
