Inspired by some of the other posts on here about favorite compounds and the linked video below. I wanted to start a thread around ancillaries and your favorite ones. I think as we are using harmful compounds to achieve our goals it's important to keep our health in check the best we can. So I would like this thread to serve as a list of some of the things we can take and use to mitigate the ill health effects that can arise from what we are taking.

What are you favorites?
What did they do for you or help you to resolve?

I'll start with one of my favorites.
- injectable glutathione 400-600mg/week
What it did for me.
-Brought my liver enzyme values (ALT/AST) down from averaging around 70-80 to now consistently staying between 40-50

where do you buy it?
 
I get mine through a compounding pharmacy. But when I run out I am going to take a shot at home brewing my own.

To get it through a compounding pharmacy, you do need a prescription, correct?
 
Obviously person dependent on whats needed but I think some of the best are
- Telmisartan
- Jardiance
- beta blocker (if needed)
- ezetimibe

I saw no difference between inj glutathione and high dose oral NAC personally

Vit. K: arteries
MSM: joints, anti-inflammatory
Taurine: organs
Magnesium: various
Glutamine: gut
B complex: general health
Aspirin: blood
Cayenne: blood
Caffeine & ephedrine: energy, appetite suppressant
Pantothenic acid(b5): skin
Deca: arthritic shoulder, collagen production
Eq: collagen production, vascularity
Test cyp: trt
Nicotine pouches: appetite suppressant
Doxylamine succinate: sleep
THC edibles: occasionally for sleep, stress
DMSO: blemishes, anti-inflammatory
Pramipexole: mood, anti-prolactin
Tamoxifen: boobies
Tadalafil: pump, blood pressure, prostate
Melanotan 2: jacked and tan :)

I've actually been thinking about trying melanotan 2 to as both an aesthetic enhancement and as a skin cancer preventative. What is you protocol for using it?

Also I'm a huge fan of Tudca and Taurine as well 😁.
 
I use acelabs Mt 2. Good stuff. I take 300mcg two to three times a week.

Amino Asylum’s Liver Restore. 😎

But I would only use injectable glutathione in cycles after or during high oral use. Better to use NAC to stimulate the body’s own production IMO.
 
Year-round. I tan every 4th or 5th day. I used to go once a week, but I would get a little redness waiting that long in-between tanning sessions. Still have to tan way less than most people for being so tan.

Thanks I think I may try something similar and use a tanning bed at a local place.

Curious on Jardiance. I know there's a member here who swears by it but I can't remember who.

Seems to have some renal benefits as well as cardiovascular.
 
Bravo. Great stack because I take the same things.
Still yet to need a beta blocker (I think I got lucky in the RHR department, and I do cardio daily). But I do have it on hand in case I ever need it.

What is the point of jardiance if trying to add mass
