i have yet to try tren and would like to soon, the only thing i'm worried about is the lack of restfull sleep. i already do not sleep well/deep, would taking ZMA and glutamine help at all. i was thinking 15g glutamine at night with my cottage cheese right before bed. how does that sound? any other advice? i am thinking of stacking prop/npp/tren then add some winny later.

Personally, I enjoy the fact that while on Tren I only need about 5 hours of sleep to feel great! Typically I sleep 6 to 7 hours, but while on Tren I am just as well-rested with 5 hours. I use the extra awake time to my advantage, and my productivity at work and at home soars!

Embrace the lack of sleep!

Also, I remember from Pumping Iron, Arnold once said that he only likes to get 5 hours of sleep because any more than that and he feels he's sleeping too much. I tend to feel the same. If I feel great and wake up without my alarm after 5 hours - why not use the extra time to my advantage!

I noticed that while on tren i need less sleep as well as Coopie....You will sleep better and deeper in a shorter period of time...worrying about it will not help you sleep better...

I like Kava Kava and melatonin as a good combo but i am sure there are hundreds of good natural sleep aids...if you need them

BBBD is right, and I forgot to mention that. The rest you do get is more effective and you won't notice and decrease in either physical ability or mental alertness even though you'll be getting by on less sleep.

Good point BBBD!

Glutamine must be taken on an empty stomach to work efficiently... so adding it to your cottage cheese won't help you a lot.
ZMA works well (at least for me) but taking it with cottage cheese is also a bad idea: the calcium contained in cheese will inhibit magnesium absorption (same thing goes with calcium and iron, so no steak and cheese or yogurt in the same meal).

So what you can do is having your ZMA + glutamine before bed, and cottage cheese in the middle of the night (if you drink the water you are supposed to drink while on tren, you will get up at least once a night :D )

thanks, i completely forgot about the calcium inhibiting magnesium. thanks

Each person must be different because I sleep like shit when I am using it. I toss and turn during the night then wake up too early and drag my ass most of the day.

But DAMN I like the results :)

I too am looking for something to help me sleep better.
