Are you pushing any high hgh?? Or other anabolics?? Gh can cause some weird shit too… if ur using a custom mought piece could it be constricting anything forcing ur jaw fwd??
Sounds like it’s time to find a new one. While your events per hour are low, that sky high heart rate says there’s something serious going on.Spoke with my ENT who ordered the sleep study who said it was a "success" lol.
Basically had no idea how to interpret the results other than events per hour were low so it was good. Smh.

I have tried to grounding (earthing ) as some good brothers here have used .......Man give a pad a sheet a try , its cheap and and for me and lady it works . sleep great .
Here’s a thread with discussion on it.Can you recommend a mat? I've tried a few but I think they were pretty crappy...
Not that I’m aware of. When I was heavier, I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. When I lost 15 pounds I have virtually zero sleep apnea. I still use my sleep machine because I wake up with headaches if I don’t.Question for those familiar with CPAP/APAP...is there any harm in using a CPAP w/o being diagnosed with OSA or CSA?
What time do you guys take GH ( for sleep ) rt before 1 hr before ???? hours before
Perfect ! that's what I was wonderingHGH peaks after 4-6 hours right? I did 2-3 hours before bed based on that.

@bbxtreme At first, I could only get a Midmark ECG, Echocardiogram and 3 day heart monitor.Kidney disease. So would check eGFR and Cystatin c.
Fill iron panel and ferritin, HSCRP and your basic metabolic panel, lipids and CBC.
Any cardiology testing will have to be done through a cardiologist. I personally wouldn’t put too much stock in a CT calcium score and would skip straight to a Heart Flow or Cleerly test which uses a CT angiogram to show you hard and soft plaque. If you don’t have those in network under insurance I would push for a PET scan.
This is a good start. Your echo is good and excellent that there is no sign of LVH. Minimum leaky valves is fairly common and not something to stress over and should just be monitored over the years ahead.@bbxtreme At first, I could only get a Midmark ECG, Echocardiogram and 3 day heart monitor.
Does this provide any insight? Or do you think I still need the Heart Flow or Cleerrly test? Just difficult paying out of pcoket...
ECHO
ResultEF 60-65%, trace TR
Doctor Note> Your echo shows normal heart muscle function. There are some minimal to mildly leaky valves which is most commonly physiological and this is of no concern. If you have any further questions, we can discuss at next appointment.
HOLTER MONITOR 3 DAY
ResultNSR, rare PACs
Doctor Note> Your heart monitor shows normal rhythm. There are some infrequent premature beats (skipped beats) noted. This is usually of no concern. Recommend avoid excess caffeine, sugars and alcohol. Work on stress management if a concern. If symptoms persist or impact your quality of life, please let me know as we can sometimes prescribe medications to help.
That caught my eye too that’s like sprinting on the stepmill with a vest. Maybe it’s cardio vascularAm I reading this right... Your highest HR during sleep was 184?
Is there any oxygen related readings?
Your HR is probably elevated due to not getting in enough oxygen.
