0 HGH. 200 test/200 deca/100mg mast per week but usually lower.

The mouth piece intentionally pushes the jaw 6mm forward because I do have sleep apnea.

It seems to have fixed the apnea issue (per previous sleep study).

Spoke with my ENT who ordered the sleep study who said it was a "success" lol.

Basically had no idea how to interpret the results other than events per hour were low so it was good. Smh.

Sounds like it’s time to find a new one. While your events per hour are low, that sky high heart rate says there’s something serious going on.

He was a moron lol. Cardiology appointment Monday so we'll see how that goes.

Hoping to get some bloodwork tomorrow morning in advance.

Here’s a thread with discussion on it.

I bought a sheet first .. Ill find out which brand ...Got it off Amazon bout $100 if I remember

Question for those familiar with CPAP/APAP...is there any harm in using a CPAP w/o being diagnosed with OSA or CSA?
Not that I’m aware of. When I was heavier, I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. When I lost 15 pounds I have virtually zero sleep apnea. I still use my sleep machine because I wake up with headaches if I don’t.
I have also discovered that extreme mental stress and anxiety can also cause sleep apnea, which I had never heard of before. When diagnosed I had just found out my ex-wife was banging another dude and I could not even see my children. Things have smoothed out now and I don’t have sleep apnea anymore. maybe a combination of various factors. As others have mentioned, maybe just check with the cardiologist. Take care man 👍🏽👍🏽

Saw Cardiologist and had to wear a heart monitor for 3 days. Waiting on results but also have an echo scheduled.

Interesting anecdote - I took 2.5-3 iu HGH last night and am less tired today than last I can remember. Haven't really been tempted to take a nap and its 12:30 pm.

Did a quick Google search and apparently HGH increases oxygen uptake/transport.

What time do you guys take GH ( for sleep ) rt before 1 hr before ???? hours before

i just hammer mine like 10mins pre bed. tried all kinds of timing and splitting dosing etc never felt or saw any difference.

Kidney disease. So would check eGFR and Cystatin c.

Fill iron panel and ferritin, HSCRP and your basic metabolic panel, lipids and CBC.

Any cardiology testing will have to be done through a cardiologist. I personally wouldn’t put too much stock in a CT calcium score and would skip straight to a Heart Flow or Cleerly test which uses a CT angiogram to show you hard and soft plaque. If you don’t have those in network under insurance I would push for a PET scan.
@bbxtreme At first, I could only get a Midmark ECG, Echocardiogram and 3 day heart monitor.

Does this provide any insight? Or do you think I still need the Heart Flow or Cleerrly test? Just difficult paying out of pcoket...

ECHO
ResultEF 60-65%, trace TR

Doctor Note> Your echo shows normal heart muscle function. There are some minimal to mildly leaky valves which is most commonly physiological and this is of no concern. If you have any further questions, we can discuss at next appointment.

HOLTER MONITOR 3 DAY

ResultNSR, rare PACs

Doctor Note> Your heart monitor shows normal rhythm. There are some infrequent premature beats (skipped beats) noted. This is usually of no concern. Recommend avoid excess caffeine, sugars and alcohol. Work on stress management if a concern. If symptoms persist or impact your quality of life, please let me know as we can sometimes prescribe medications to help.

This is a good start. Your echo is good and excellent that there is no sign of LVH. Minimum leaky valves is fairly common and not something to stress over and should just be monitored over the years ahead.

I would at least get a script for a CT calcium score. They’re $99 cash pay. It will show any calcification in the arteries.

For the Cleerly or Heart Flow you can find a provider on their websites who you can work with. Getting insurance to cover it can be as simple as saying “shortness of breath” as the reason. But I would at least get the CT calcium score for peace of mind.

Just my opinion and what I would do.

Am I reading this right... Your highest HR during sleep was 184?

Is there any oxygen related readings?

Your HR is probably elevated due to not getting in enough oxygen.
That caught my eye too that’s like sprinting on the stepmill with a vest. Maybe it’s cardio vascular
