This is my first post on a forum!
I am getting into my training seriously and have been training for the last 4 years.
I am looking for a trainer who has had experience with training future competitors (obviously amateur level) and has experience in the use of Steroids. I have had a trainers previously on and off for the last year or so but none of them have had experience in the use of steriods (or so they claim) any who I have been doing alot of research and be lurking in the back ground of a few forums for a long time.
I'm from the Sussex area. I would be grateful if anyone could give me some names or point me in the right direction. I am open to online PT as well as I am really just looking for some 1 to 1 guidance via email/in person.
I have never done a cycle but I wanted more specific individual guidance than just asking you lot whether or not a first cycle looks good, (101 people seem to be doing that and clogging up the forums). I would prefer to have all aspect of my training evaluated including Diet, Training, Recovery and Mobility thus why I am for trainer with experience in first contest prep and steroid cycles rather than asking you lot does this look okay?
