Haribos are the bomb! I usually do 60g dextrose, 15g EAA, 7.5g creatine, 1g beta-alanine, and 400mg potassium. 45 minutes later I have 40g of whey and 2 slices of toast.
4 scoops vanilla whey..16oz of fresh, natural pineapple juice.
Eat a real meal about an hour later..usually chx and rice or baked potatoe or 15 egg white omlette(leave 3 yolks) with veggies and baked pot.
one banana,1/2 orange,one whole apple
56grams whey,16oz 1% milk=16 grams protien
one cup plain nonfat yogurt=11grams protien
put in blender and drink post workout.makes two
meals for me.
or one banana and small can pineapple[rinsed all sugar out]
exchange for the orange and apple.
