Im about to do my first show in two weeks.

Phil Hernon has been working with me for a wile now. Ive been training for about 3 1/2 years now. I know i still have a lot i need to work on.

Yeah Phil has helped me out soo much, I had some alright mass when I started but I was really sloppy. lol.

I usto eat once a day to budget money to build my car, so I reacted pretty well to a good deit when I started.

Ill try to get some more pics. I'm still learing my posing so im not the best at presenting myself yet.

Right now I weigh about 196lbs and about 5' 81/2" tall. Phil and I are hoping I come in around 190lbs

Thanks for the positive feedback. Yeah I love my LBAs, I have been taking them since Phil has had them.

kinda nervous since its my first show, I have never been to a show before so I dont really know what to expect.

The diet is killing me right now and I am having a lot of cravings lol...i want a big mac or whopper
