1 Cup Liquid Egg Whites (I like International or Papetti Farms)
1 Cup Pure Apple Juice (The real stuff if you got a Jack Lalane Juicer even better)
1 Cup Ice
1-2 Teaspoons Cinnamon Powder
1 1/2 TBS Coconut Oil
5 TBS Vanilla LBA
1. In a blender combine Egg Whites, Apple Juice, Ice, Cinnamon, and Coconut Oil.
2. Pulse, Crush Ice, and blend until a smooth shake like consistancy is obtained.
3. Pour into at least a 20 oz drinking container
4. Gently stir in the LBA
