So I need some help with a cardio plan for a client who is doing first competition.
I am a personal trainer but have never done any contest prep, I am trying to learn now and get down the basics. My client understands this, so I don't want people to think I am just asking for a cardio plan then going to send it to her and get paid. I am doing it for free since its my first.
I have the workout set up but I need some help with the cardio plan as she gets closer to the show. She is 6 weeks out now, Bikini.
I am doing research now, just wanted to have this up to talk and get some ideas from those who are more experienced than myself.
