I figured no one chiming in. Doubt anyone of us is in the same galaxy inthe the strength dept... lol..T But some stupid chocolate diet peaked our interest.lol

bad ass raw benching...I was kinda suprised he warmed up reg then went crazy heavy close grip before benching more regular heavy singles.ill be benching twice a week coming up and want to inc my overhead as well on a 4 day split.debating where to put overhead press.Thinking of doing heavy bench with tris then speed bench with heavy overhead press on other day...

Yeah, I also plan to start doing OHP and close grip work during my push sessions. I've negleted them for too long
