This was so good last night I made another one!
8oz Orange Juice
4oz Vanilla Almond Milk
3 scoops of Vanilla Protein
1 cup greek yogurt
6 ice cubes
Nutella in a shake, Ive never thought of that before. Sounds awesome
Not sure I could bring myself to mix milk and OJ
I do 3 raw eggs, OJ, and Almond Milk or regular milk at least 3 times a day...pretty good!!

2-3 scoops whey...i used my chocolate coconut
20-30g Peanut butter
70g cocopops dry.
I put about 200ml of water in there, chuck the ingredients in then fill my blender with ice cubes, LOTS of ice cubes.....i then add a drop of chocolate flavoring, and some splenda. Mcdonalds chocolate milkshake...step aside! :headbang::headbang:

100grams pure whey[no additives]
80 grams pure eggwhite powder[no additives]
32oz nonfat milk
1 and a half bananas
one can of pineapple rings[for the digestive enzimes]
blended-to perfection.makes 4-5 small shakes.
gets me through the day-yummy!add cinnimon if needed.
all ya need now is some more meat and veggies
