Do you guys use belts?
I do hang cleans and then do DLs.
All warmed up. At 49 I don't push too hard on the compound stuff, but for overall strength, I hope to be doing the big lifts till the end. I use a belt - it reminds me to pay attention to my back more than for support and I use straps because I have a wife and a GF so my grip strength isn't as good as the rest of you guys.

I do not deadlift anymore.
I love it as an exercise but It doesnt do much good after a certin point to some builds for bodybuilding purpose.
