How many calories a day do you eat when looking to put on size?

High carbs 600-800gr, medium proteins 300-350gr, and the least fat possible.
 
I start out just above what I was eating diet wise to lose fat but usually end up around 5-6000 cals a day divided up between 8 meals.
 
Protien: 550-600 gram
Fats: 120 + 20 gram (MUFA+20 grams fish oil caps)
Carbs: 300gram(divided equally in MEAL-1, Pre and Post workout) and (around 500 grams when i am on insulin weeks 4 weeks On 4 weeks Off)


Presently 280-285 @ 20% BF and watery, @ 5 feet 9 inches and presently started on with fat loss for 10-12 weeks and will stay around 250`s @ 8-9%.
 
typically , 60-70g protein , 40-50g carbs and 20-25g fat per meal and I eat that when I get hungry , typically 6 times a day some days only 5 others 7 depends on what I'm doing that day and what I did the previous day.

floating around 270-275lbs low teens bodyfat wise , only running 200mg test a week
 
5000 cals maybe

550g protein
500g carbs
100g fats

currently at 240 at 6ft. not too lean tho i must admit
 
Probably because you're eating waaaaaaaaaay too much.

i dont see how this is too much, am 230lb 10%bf 5.11ft

i eat 8 meals...

plus junk on top so easy 5600kcal, i am still lean after 3 months of doing this and gained loads, not gonna ease off till cut in feb

also was on 4g of gear but felt ill so now on 2.5g (1g test, 1g eq, 500mg tren)
no slin (yet), no t3 or hgh
 
i think 500+ grams of protein is overkill... unless you are at a very very high bodyweight

i dnt think thats neccessary, or effective, and possibly negative

bulking for me is

400g protein
500g Carbs
100g Fats

about 4500cals

thats my starting point... add cals as neccesary... but almost always with stuff like nuts, fruits, oils, etc...
 

Yea , I think my number may be a bit higher because I'm not figuring in the treats like peanutbutter poptart sandwiches and stuff like that

Q , are you eating according to you wants as in if you are hungry or what

Current offseason diet is. These are total macros for the day.. I'm 5'8 and I hover in the upper 220's, low teens BF I think
