Do you suggest doing cardio prior to weight training?As far as Cardio post workout I think its a terrible Idea.
You just get done blasting your target muscles and there fully engorged with blood and nutrients. Then slowly but surly the blood ends up powering your leg muscles.
For this reason I don't even shower derictly after a workout as it even out blood flow to all extremities.
Keep the blood in the target muscles as long as possible !
Thanks for the advice. I'll play around with it, so far it's working the way it is but you are right I lose the pump that usually sticks around for a good 30mins almost right away when I do postworkout cardio. I actually barely ever do cardio but I was trying to start working on dropping all this fat.If its lite cardio...You don't want to use up your stored glycogen ether.
Off days, hrs later or with leg day is my preference.
Just makes sence to keep the blood in the target muscle as long as possible.

Lol. Funny you say that. I started igf1-lr3 recently at 50mcgs prebed. And the recomp has been very good. I wake up leaner and fuller even after I indulge in carbs some nights. Any reason you are only doing off days?Lr3 on off days is like cardio in a bottle.lol
But don't try doing cardio while on it. lol again
