Depends on how much pain there is.Usually just take some Glucosamine with Chrondroiten, about 3 tabs.Maybe some MSM .Read the bottle.Take em, once or til goes away.
If its throbbing, don't do triceps for a few days or a week. Ice it.
Its also on how your doing the exercise and what amount of weight your using.
If elbow bends while straightening out the arm, get it checked ,for a rupture, muscle or tendon.
