Kind of random but when I was 15 I worked for a small local "boutique" chocolate place (fancy chocolates, coffee store attached, etc.) and at the time (early / mid 1990s) they had the account to make ALL the chocolate bars for ALL the Starbucks locations nationwide (in addition to what they were doing locally / in store).
They had to run 3 shifts / 24 hours a day in the small factory (above their coffee shop / store front) to get this done. Over time Starbucks grew so much that they couldn't keep up, and had to give up the account. But for a while there I was helping to wrap chocolate bars to be sold at all the Starbucks around the U.S.
