Who’s suffering what injury ?

I'd like to see everyone post what led to these injuries as well.

How? This is a mind-blowing list for someone who wasn't a professional athlete, wasn't an elite lifter, etc.
Neck issues, strictly from wrestling but my years previously in BJJ might've gotten the ball rolling there. I had one back injury initially in 2009. I was on a Bodymasters Leverage Squat machine. I had four plates on each side and I would take my reps pretty deep (hams to calves). My back ended up rounding during a rep and I knew I was injured right away. Initially, I had one herniated disc. I was powerlifting though from 2009-2014 and in that time, everything from L3 down to S1 became herniated. L5-S1 ended up being bad enough where I could get the discectomy and I'm glad I did. Training through the pain, not taking time off and doing a serious rehab after the first injury, all very foolish mistakes that led me to my current state. Wrestling probably isn't the best thing for people with bad low backs but I figure one day I won't be able to do it all so I try to do it a few days week while I still can.

That’s a pretty comprehensive list especially from the back. What do you have to do to compensate or is there anything you can’t do
I don't use any vertical loading except light hack squats when I have access to a hack machine, which is rarely. I don't do anything overhead and I don't do anything bent over. All rowing is chest-supported. The hardest part to train is my posterior chain. I'm relegated to mostly GHR and Seated Leg Curl. Lying Leg Curl also puts strain on my low back but I prefer Seated anyway. I could DL 585 at one point and 500 naturally, so giving them up really sucked but I had a lot less pain once I did. Same for Squats. I wish I could still Front Squat but not happening. I lost a bit of weight once I gave up Squats, Cleans, and DLs. My leg training mostly revolves around Bulgarian Split Squats, Lunges, and lots of deep bodyweight squats. Can't run either (not that I'd want to).
