40mg year round. I had it as high as 80mg but BP was around 100/60 on that.
40 seems to be the perfect dosage for me.

40mg before bed combined with 5mg nebivololWhat’s your dosage?
Does timing matter? I take both telmi and nebivo both in the am40mg before bed combined with 5mg nebivolol
BP is usually 110/60
There's good evidence that taking them before bed greatly reduces the risk of cardiovascular events so that is when I take them. If I were to increase the dose, I'd split them twice a day.Does timing matter? I take both telmi and nebivo both in the am
Yep my doctor "highly recommended" I take mine at night before bed. There's good evidence that taking them before bed greatly reduces the risk of cardiovascular events so that is when I take them. If I were to increase the dose, I'd split them twice a day.

Bedtime for both Telmi and Nebiv. Telmi is great for kidney’s, as well and not just the BP. Was on 40 Telmi and 5 Nebiv right before bed. There's good evidence that taking them before bed greatly reduces the risk of cardiovascular events so that is when I take them. Do you notice your daytime blood pressure creeping up before your dose at night?Yep my doctor "highly recommended" I take mine at night before bed.
Think I’ll switch to nighttime dosing.Bedtime for both Telmi and Nebiv. Telmi is great for kidney’s, as well and not just the BP. Was on 40 Telmi and 5 Nebiv right before bed.
I see a lot of folks just do the 80 of Telmi and skip the Nebiv, but the Nebiv has some benefits other than just BP and HR and is way better than the older ones in that class, like Atenolol (which still works though).

Yep, they both have unique benefits so it’s better to mix both than take a higher dose of oneBedtime for both Telmi and Nebiv. Telmi is great for kidney’s, as well and not just the BP. Was on 40 Telmi and 5 Nebiv right before bed.

40mg Telmi + 2.5mg Nebivolol
(No Cialis).
Great meds.
Both Nebivolol and Telmisartan retain potassium and it’s becoming more frustrating lately to monitor intake.
I unintentionally ingest quite a bit of K+ at times (obsessed w Avocados) so it’s one more pesky thing to be mindful of.
That said, I love these both (especially for their very safe profiles), and I accept that with every med comes potential sides or bs to contend with.
Learned something today. Thanks. There's good evidence that taking them before bed greatly reduces the risk of cardiovascular events so that is when I take them. If I were to increase the dose, I'd split them twice a day.

I wouldn't pull hairs over it. The effects of that is very minor, especially at those doses. I would consume potassium as normal. I have about 5500mg per day.40mg Telmi + 2.5mg Nebivolol
