yes, very good gyms... i would like to know how the head trainers setup the training for most of the guys going there...
are they hitting body parts 1x a week, 2? 3?
how many exercise usually
what rep ranges? how many sets?
a lot of compound moves? a lot of iso?
a lot of mystery around O2 and supps, but id like to talk about the training they are really doing...
Anyone have been? Looks amazing. Almost every pro is heading that direction. Im sure there is other reasons but I still would like to go
Hey pit, iv already asked de Asher them questions, I'll ask him a few more next time I see him
They have him doing very high volume, almost every exercise is on a machine, almost zero compound lifts, Nathan didn't have a bar on his back for the first 4 months, I think they train everything twice a week but I'll have to ask him again, drugs there on help them recover fast so they can prob get away with twice a week high volume
Also Nathan used to ego lift on squats an bench, they stopped that straight away an halfed his weight, slowed down the tempo and exaggerated the squeeze an contraction
You not allowed to train alone either, they have 15+ trainers there that train you wether you like it or not, they change your weights between sets too, so you don't waste energy moving
Can't think wat else
It's no secret. Your there to eat train and rest. There is no distractions. There is no magical drugs. Hell not all the drugs are pharm but basics are. My buddy is training over there currently. I don't know about the top top pros he is a top national comp but his drugs arnt free. They use lots of pharm but most still use generic gh or for him a mix of generic and pharm (the advice he was given over there was to save his gh for prep. So he uses generic in offseason. His food is covered and his supplements are covered ( legit supplements) from deals he struck up there. They look at it more like an art. Hitting muscles where they need to be hit. But he says the biggest thing is the fact you just eat sleep and train. No distractions no stress is huge. And the fact ur there with so many beasts and so many dudes who look amazing genetically gifted or not it pushes u that much further
And yes they load all the plates and do all the minor shit for you. It does help
You say that but rumor was Dennis James is mad at Bader Boodaih because he's forcing Ramy to do more drugs than ever and makes sure they watch him get all his shots in an stuff

What does the "deal" consist in precisely? I mean, what's the counterparty? If food and legal supps are covered, you can consider it as a kind of wage... what does HE offer in return?
No pun intended buddy, so don't take it the wrong way, but I'm really interested in hearing more about those "deals"...
George Farah and Chris aceto have gone on camera saying his vitamins are extremely low and no clue how big he can be.
Dennis James is mad because he lost big ramy as a client and it really effected his business. Denis is a smooth talker and will do anything and take advantage of people to stay in the spot light and make money

Some of these pro's have Saudi sponsors,,thats one reason they are heading that way. The gyms are the best of the best. Money is obviously no object with the OXYGEN owners.
You and your dirty mind
But in regard to what these guys have to do to get a invite etc.. I have heard that vader is just a huge BODYBUILDINg fan.. The Joe Weider of his area.. He takes those he thinks can be " somebody" and sees what his guys can accomplish with them.. He's wealthy beyond belief.. So this is kinda his thing.. Usually in this game something " seemly" may be at work but in this case I think it's just the challenge and recognition he likes..
