Intro:
Running IA’s gear for my summer blast. I’m going to be recording and doing video reviews and updates so this first post is just an introduction.
Ill try to make these First couple posts as informative as possible, but I would really like to do this on video since I bought this expensive new video shit!
Cycle: I’m coming off a cruise, and being lazy, work and family have been priority for me and we moved to a new state, so I’ve been getting the most out of resting this past 4 months. That being said because of this I will be regaining a lot of my lost size so keep this in mind when watching the results of this.
My cruise is 150mg test c every 10 days( I do 75 every 4 days but im prescribed 150 every week)
Weekly: This is what I’m starting at, ill ramp up the doses once everything starts to fit together. I also don’t want to dive into a new sponsors gear with no experience on it.
Test E – 150 mgs
EQ- 300 mgs
Tren A – 150 mgs ( I started tren about 3 weeks ago at 90 a week, I find that I can adapt to the sides if I ramp up slowly so I started this earlier different
MENT – 150 mgs
Swapping between, Anavar 40 mgs/ MethylTren 60 mcg every 2 weeks
The test E and the EQ are really just my base, I don’t like super high doses of either.
Tren and Ment together wont be my first time, the recomp effect from both is impressive, and as long as I keep my carbs away from night time I really don’t have issues getting to sleep or having night sweats.
Anavar- I like to swap this little guy out after 2 weeks, I like switching my orals often, I feel like I get much more out of the, doing it this way, anavar just goes well with the tren, I don’t like Abombs or dbol very much to dirty and bloaty for me. I enjoy my dry compounds!
Methyltren- This little fucker is my favorite. IA surprised me when this came suspended!! I was expecting pills but this changes everything. If you have not tried this then you are missing out on one of the hardest hitting compounds I personally have ever tried. With inject-able I wouldn’t go beyond 60mcg without really testing your tolerance this shit hits hard.
Diet: I keep it simple, 5 meals. Pre-Post meals have carbs rest are protein fat. I like starting with a lower protein count while I adjust to the food amount as I recomp by adding protein and lowering fats. Like I said I try not to make the diet complicated, the easier and simpler the diet is the better I adhere to it.

Cardio 20 minutes Pre-breakfast
Mon: Chest/shoulders
Tuesday: Legs/deads
Wednesday: Arms/abbs/calves
Thursday: Back

Sunday: active rest/recovery day
Not going to write down every workout, changes depending on availability of equipment, but I go to failure on just about every set, 3-4 sets per exercise in a 10-15 rep range. I keep my squats/deads/bench in on the corresponding day. Not looking to be the strongest guy in the world, so I don’t pr or anything very often.
Starting pictures/ measurements:
Sitting at 223 right now, these were also taken after mother's day which was a binge fest or fat and salt so normally i would say my weight is in the 216 to 218 range. But def bloated and not the best pics, i'll make sure the updated ones are much clearer.

Goals
Getting back into my rhythm is the most important goal, being on a cruise i haven't been 100% with my diet or my training since we moved states, but now that everything is calming down i want to get back to my day by day. I am much fatter than i am used to being, but i think it was a good rest for my body my joint and mind feel refreshed and ready to go. Living in a new state means i don't know the competition circuit around this new area so once i've gotten myself into a good rhythm i want to start looking at competitions in this area.

I have some starting bloods, done not to long ago but I will update with new bloods in around 2 months since I need to hit my deductible anyway!
