Good afternoon, tell me whether it is possible to somehow make exercise and nutrition in such a way as to destroy small accumulations of fat in the abdomen and sides, but not lose weight, and ideally even a little pumping?))
I ectomorph.
Can this be achieved by strength training and consuming fewer calories, and approximately equal intake of carbohydrates + proteins? Or anyway, the muscles will decrease?
I train 3 times a week.
