You guys seen Kai Greene on Stranger Things?

Yup, I hadn't heard about it, so it was a pleasant surprise. Not a bad acting debut at all, I'd say (though that episode had several others who were trying way too hard to be thuggish).



For the previous poster watching The Wire; that's probably the best TV series I've ever seen. Seasons one through three at least.

Love the show and thought they did great with the second season as well. Seeing Kai act was cool, hes definitely not bad at all. My only other initial thought was "dang, they made him look small....". But I guess thats what you get when your dense muscle covered, not dense fat covered lol!

Off topic on another show, but I just finished watching Netflix's Narcos season 2 and it was as good as the first season IMO.

Not to go off the rails here, but you have to check out the Gomorrah series on Netflix. It's in Italian with English subtitles but if you can get past that, it's fantastic. I couldn't stop watching. I went thru both seasons twice. Third season is supposed to come out soon but not sure when it'll be available in the US.

Lol because the need for another language where I am from specifically doesn’t require any language besides English. I don’t mind subtitles at all, it just makes the shows harder to watch because that is all you can really do at once, no real multitasking or you’ll miss something

Foreign movies are great but they are a niche in the USA.

Trying to read subtitles across the room even on a large tv sucks balls.

The subtitle thing I can understand Allex's view. But without a doubt most of the best tv is in English. There are a few amazing films in foreign languages but for the most part they are English. So guys in the US don't really need to watch foreign stuff. Growing up in other countries things may be different. Although now most big films come in different languages. I personally find most Spanish, French and Italian tv rubbish and it's on a lot in my house. The same for Brazilian soaps and even Indian stuff... generally very cheesy and over the time. The quality of the programs is terrible for the most part. Most of the tops tv series are American and I am from the UK. I personally have no problems with subtitles and watch many things with them on.
