Ok, upon reading, I will do 2ml pre..it will look like: 1.5 iu blacktops, do a warm up/cardio for 10 min, 10 iu Novolin R along 2ml of the synthetine, and of course an intra workout(HCBD, EAA, Creatine, Glutamine, sea salt).

For future reference I would personally inject your novolin r well before you start training. It's onset is approx 30 mins but it peaks 2-3 hours after injection. You want the insulin to peak whilst you train or near to the end of training when you have your post workout nutrients. I would be taking it at least 1 hour before training and your synthetine anytime after the slin has become active (so at least 30 mins after your slin shot). It will work no matter how you do things but timing things a certain way can maximize results.
Your post is spot on, problem is, I have a high carbs/eaa/whey hydrolysates 3 hours before getting to the gym, kind of similar to Mutant's Protocol, thus, I try to pin the slin while there are less carbs in the system.
I will later on today pin the slin 60 minutes as you have stated before the workout, not that I was not aware of the peaking topic you stated about before.
In this case when would you pin the GH?
I know the GH should be pinned before the slin, not the opposite, and you want it timed close to workout.
