I have a 16 ounce Tervis and drink the following every workday:
One at home reading before work
One at work when I get there
One at lunch
One for the ride home
That's a half gallon of coffee every M-F And at least one weekday we'll go to a local coffee shop before I go to the gym with my wife so that's another ~12-14 oz.
I love coffee but hate the crash. I always trybto have a black iced americano on my way to the gym.
A related question, does anyone use humanofort? Ive had some laying around and just started taking 200mg/day. Ive found my caffeine sensitivity has seemed to increase (as in i dont need as much caffeine).
I drink just 1 coffee mug full of black coffee every morning and not for the caffeine but for the health benefits. the caffeine before my workouts are just a bonus. if coffee wasnt proven to be very healthy for you i wouldnt even bother. im not a fan.
