I got igf1 levels checked after being on a reputable gh brand at 5iu a day for 2 weeks igf was only 159. I am dieting so maybe that plays a factor. But to get a more accurate reading should I get retested in like 4 more weeks ??

Bump. Same here and like to know if anyone has any input. I just serum test hgh at 47.1 but my igf came back at 177. I am definitely getting Sx of legit hgh and this brand everyone is familiar with.

I heard tren ace, low estrogen and liver disease can all be a factor. I'm using little tren with test e and had recent CBC and MBP and ast/alt was a touch over range. So either I'm a terrible convertor or it's the tren ace. Maybe someone else might have a more solid answer.

On a other board, a Guy tested the Same batch (and dose) while on and while off.

Dont think he was using tren but his score was higher when he was off

Just based on the response above..i wonder if it's a possibility that one could be utilizing igf1 so well that none is left bound in serum.

After 15 days on pharma HGH 3iu/Day my igf go from 188 to 305.

Yeah man. It’s weird idk. A lot of people told me I tested too soon . And should wait about another 4-6 weeks to test igf1 levels again. Anymore input ??

We have tren ace as a common denominator. I tested about 2 weeks after starting so I might of very well fell into the camp of not giving it enough time, but I ran a whole kit in the that time frame so I thought for sure igf would be elevated.

Question-- do you pin 5iu all at once or break it up? I generally break my up into 2.5 iu shots and go IM. I'm curious to know if taking 1 big bolus or multiple small shots of gh daily effect igf in anyway.

Only time I tried tren (enanthate) it smashed my liver my bilirubin went from middle normal to above normal range slow but steady : cholestasis it was
My igf level was smashed as it is usual effect of cholestasis was like 110 instead of normal 170
I stopped tren and started high dose UDCA and within 2 weeks bilirubin was back in the middle normal and igf back to nice values quite above my normal (I started hgh mauve tops at same time at a 2 iu a day)
Maybe it will be helpful

At 5iu per day i was 495 igf-1 level. but i waited almost 6 months to test. gotta give time for it to build up. 2 weeks no way enough time.

yes tren will crash your igf-1 levels when on hgh. 100% accurate. had this argument with other members but they dont want to believe it. DO NOT TAKE TREN WHILE ON HGH. that simple

2.5 iu am and 2.5 iu pm better. your body only converts so much at once.

I’m only taking 150mg tren a a week. So if I wait to retest igf1 in like 4 more weeks my igf1 should be higher right

If your taking hgh and your igf1 levels are low are you still benefiting from taking the gh ?
