Give it a week should feel slightly mood better two three weeks should have a nice kick
I trained chest,shoulders,tri’s today.
4 sets seated cable press
4 sets standing cable flys
4 sets seated shoulder press
4 sets seated lateral raises
3 sets tricep push downs
3 sets tricep rope push downs
I felt pretty good today,it was my third day in a row of training. So far, so good
I definitely woke up feeling good today. A little more energetic than usual.how is your mood etc have you been feeling good less tired more energy ? Any well being effects ? I usually start feeling pretty good 4/6 days in that’s why I’m asking
How you feelingI didn’t train today. Tomorrow will be legs and cardio. I was in the cooking mood and made some baked ziti with 93% lean ground turkey and high protein pasta
