I’ve had this going on in my left elbow for about a month, any tips? I’ve been using tiger balm and ice but doesn’t seem to make it go away only helps for short term

When I turn my palm up it hurts mostWhere specifically in the elbow and what movements/actions cause pain?
Ill try this thanksTry and deep tissue your brachioradialis in your forearm. Follow the big vein that runs down your bicep and forearm find the spot that hurts the most when you push in it and dig into that sucker till it the pain gets less. Stretch your forearm too by twisting your wrist until you feel the spot. It seems to help me a ton when it really bothers me. But as others have said the only thing that really makes it better is refraining from doing what bothers it. Give it a try.
THIS. Of course, you'll have to heal first. And I believe that tumeric/curcumin and fish oil will help it too. And keep your volume reasonable.. . . try and disengage your thumb when gripping the bar...has worked wonders for me. Just my 2 cents
I’m tryin this nowOk.Torn your palm up and bury your thumb or finger into your forearm. Find the spot that really hurts when you push on it. I’ll take a pic and show you the area. Just a min
