@b-boy what diet changes are you currently making? How much are you bumping calories?
Haven't made another calorie change yet, just been eating 2929 calories, 250 protein, 336 carbs, 65 fat.

Thursday morning check in photos
Weight 222.1 lbs. Carbs are getting slightly dropped because my fasting blood glucose was 97 so we want that to come down some as that is high for me.

Overall, hows the experience with Alex? I frequent his board a lot and find all of his stuff fascinating.
Some of it goes over my head, but i like it because it forces me to learn and read more. Is he doing anything new and novel compared to what you've done in the past or is he still learning your body?

He is just slowly increasing anabolism via peptide usage, GH and insulin (very little of each) im eating way more carbs than im accustomed to but im getting adjusted to it. Everything is precise and put in place to serve a purpose and damn so far its working well, 226.8 lbs this morning and workouts are great, insane pumps especially since he keeps me in a higher rep range due to my age but volume is increased until I hit my maximum volume threshold, workouts are tough but things are clicking very well!

B-Boy, looking fantastic. So it seems for calories you do the "BW x 13" sort of thing? (225 x 13 = 2925 cals).
Im similar height (only 200 lbs) and would be curious if you would be able to paste in an example of daily meals? (Only if you have it handy, and only if you want to share it, I understand completely if not).
I'm trying 200 x 13 = 2600 cals. (40-35-25). I've never really counted calories but want to now as I approach 55 to try to hang onto what mass I have as I age. But I dont wanna gain much, not a great thing when aging.

Anyways, great job, great log...
