I've recently added 10mg a day of tren, I wouldn't bother trying anything else that low. I don't want the sides but I do want the libido while dieting hard on DNP. At 10mg I still want to fuck everything.
When I was younger I could blast a ton of tren with no mental sides..but as I’ve gotten older and TBI has accumulated I turn into a monster on that shitI can use 700 tren ace with no problems but at my actual body development i don't really need it at all, it seems to just burn all the carbs and do nothing else.
I dont suffer from any sides from Tren, maybe i am a tad less soft with people.
Imho it's important to use a dose that gives you results, if 100 is already enough for you just use it and pump the other anabolics....

250 - 375mg is the most I ever needed. The aggression in the gym is there but not really any of the side effects.

I have ran pretty much everything and have ran Tren one time but only a couple of weeks because I was having some issues with something totally unrelated to bodybuilding so I cut that whole cycle short. But I was just asking opinions on it is all. ExactlyI have used it and it has it uses. But if i wanted to pack on 20-30 pounds of muscle that is not what i would turn to.

My MOST hated side of tren is the lung fuckery.
Same on all accounts. Getting seriously winded playing a little half court basketball is beyond embarrassing. Also, I work in the shipping industry and most of the ships I work on have no elevators. And ordinarily it's no problem to climb 9-10 flights of stairs. The first time I used tren in my current career, I had to pause to at floor 8 and just breath for a minute (felt like a lot longer) because I knew the next floor I was going to be speaking to about 15 different people.I’m probably….idk…top 10 gym rat status of any gym i go into. I hover around 212-216lbs around 12ish BF. Sometimes lower, sometimes higher depending on if it’s BBQ season.
But i also enjoy climbing, BJJ, and road biking. Anything eclipsing 200mg tren a week, I can’t fucking breathe and my hobbies turn into torture devices.

I fixed heartburn with just once Pantoprazole a month give or take... And had it for a long time. Now it's gone completely.For me, all tren sides are pretty manageable except the insomnia.
A typical night for me, I’ll fall asleep easily around the same time I always do, sleep 2 hours max, wake up drenched in sweat and have to piss, and then be wide awake. Repeat 4 more times thru out the night.
Tren gives me heartburn but 20g glutamine a day fixed that for me.
I don’t seem to get any mental sides from tren, but I also take a mode stabilizer for diagnosed BPD that I think help controls the insane mood swings
Does make me very horny, especially paired with mast, though as the diet goes on longer and calories and sleep are both very low i really couldn’t be bothered to fuck.
Highest I’ve ran was 700mg a week, always ace, always in a deficit.
I’m thinking of adding low dose tren to my next off season to pair with my insulin and hgh, but if I get the sleep sides at a low dose still it won’t be worth it for me
