When roast beef gets too much steak the use of ice paks seems to helpI took a Viagra last night and my wife got more meat than the local butcher.
She's fine today after all that meat.
My two cents...

They’re also more likely to be deficient in iron and have rotten teeth.I personally think not eating enough vegetables and fruit leads to more problems than eating meant. Comparing a vegetarian life style to an average American is not just about food. Vegitarians are less likely to be over weight, smoke, drink too much. The exercise more than most people etc. Just for starters when that is factored into studies along with eating veggies along with meat the health differences seem to be much more close.
You might want to look up mental health and vegetarians. Course that could be diet related of maybe due to the type of person that goes against the grain of society and chooses to deprive them selves of soemthing. Course BB'ers could be in the same boat there! They’re also more likely to be deficient in iron and have rotten teeth.
Yea most veggie heads are health conscious so they’re better off than average Americans they also are pretty much all in higher or from higher income families which adds to physical health and to your point most veggie heads are a little off or compensating for some other mental issue. It’s never just “I am vegetarian bc I think it’s healthy” there’s always some absurd soap box diatribe that goes along with it.You might want to look up mental health and vegetarians. Comparing vegetarians to the average American is about more then just diet. As vegetarians are more active, less over weight, smoke, less drink less etc. With a similar life style with healthier meat sources seem to level the playing field a lot from some small studies i have seen.Yea most veggie heads are health conscious so they’re better off than average Americans they also are pretty much all in higher or from higher income families which adds to physical health and to your point most veggie heads are a little off or compensating for some other mental issue. Oh yea all things equal and then add clean meat and it will always be superior, we are omnivorous not eating meat is a failure not a life choice but some people need a causeComparing vegetarians to the average American is about more then just diet. Sausage, bacon, lunch meat and other processed meats with nitrates seem to be a huge negative as far as health and longevity.Oh yea all things equal and then add clean meat and it will always be superior, we are omnivorous not eating meat is a failure not a life choice but some people need a cause
Oh fuck yea I haven’t eaten bacon or pork sausage in 20 years. Nitrates are like poison IVy for your circulatory system. I honestly think bacon is possibly, aside from pepperoni, the worst food you can put in your body.Sausage, bacon, lunch meat and other processed meats with nitrates seem to be a huge negative as far as health and longevity.
